The company uses BTC Yield as a key performance indicator to measure Bitcoin accumulation relative to share dilution.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase was funded through multiple capital raises, including proceeds from the exercise of the 20th through 22nd Series of Stock Acquisition Rights.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Bitcoin treasuries are becoming a global phenomenon.
