The Smarter Web Company (AQUIS: SWC | OTCQB: TSWCF) announced<\/a> it has purchased an additional 275 Bitcoin for \u00a321.88 million as part of its ongoing treasury strategy under \u201cThe 10 Year Plan.\u201d This brings the company\u2019s total holdings to 1,275 Bitcoin, valued at over \u00a3100 million.<\/p>\n

The average price of this latest purchase was \u00a379,563 per Bitcoin<\/a>, increasing the firm\u2019s overall average cost to \u00a378,516 per BTC. The company reports a 31,263% year-to-date BTC yield on its treasury and a 30 day yield of 497%.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince 2023 The Smarter Web Company has adopted a policy of accepting payment in Bitcoin,\u201d the company stated. \u201cThe Company believes that Bitcoin forms a core part of the future of the global financial system and as the Company explores opportunities through organic growth and corporate acquisitions is pioneering the adoption of a Bitcoin Treasury Policy into its strategy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Smarter Web Company, which provides web development and online marketing services, began accepting Bitcoin as payment in 2023 and has embedded Bitcoin into its long term financial strategy. It currently holds approximately \u00a331 million in cash available for future Bitcoin purchases.<\/p>\n

The company launched<\/a> its Bitcoin focused strategy in April 2025 with the launch of its 10 Year Plan, establishing Bitcoin as a cornerstone of its long term financial strategy. Shortly after, on April 25, 2025, The Smarter Web Company went public on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, raising up to \u00a32 million through a mix of institutional and retail subscriptions. The IPO also featured retail participation via the Winterflood Retail Access Platform (WRAP), enabling UK investors to join with a minimum investment of 500 euros.<\/p>\n
